"Brandy Brewster helped us out so much with an issue we were having with another State Farm agent in Mansfield. Our father Had passed away and he lived in Belleville, Ohio near Mansfield, Ohio. We took in an original death certificate to cancel our father‘s car policies. The agent there would not accept that and then he wanted a signed document that my husband was the executor. My husband took that in, and he would not accept that either he said he wanted it to come from the courts. I got a hold of Brandy from our insurance agent in Orrville. She told us that she would have accepted the death certificate. She ended up getting a hold of the agent in Mansfield took care of that for us, and then the other agent ended up apologizing to us. This was very stressful for us because of our father passing away. Brandy made it so much easier on us with everything else that we had going on. We can never thank her enough!!!!! ♥️"
